Now that I have, I'm never going back.
I found this recipe for pretzels at Blissfully Domestic, the e-zine that I will be writing for soon. (Just thought I'd throw another plug in there!) It looked simple, and I had the ingredients on hand, so I decided to give it a try.
It's so easy, so quick, and so very yummy that I will definitely be making them again. Probably too often for my own good...

You know what's really tasty? Wrap your dough around a brat or hotdog and then bake. Yummy!! Another good one...cut up pepperoni and shredded mozarrella cheese and mix it in your dough, twist and bake. A little pizza dipping sauce and Mmmmm. I may have to go make some now. I guess that's what working at Pretzel Time all those years gets you...fun and tasty ways to eat your pretzels.
